The Role The Vice President, Service Integration performs all responsibilities in a manner that supports and advances the Providence St. Joseph Health (PSJH) mission, values, and philosophy, consistently serving as a role model for operational excellence, accountability, and stewardship. Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Chief of Applications and Technology, this role provides strategic and technical leadership for the Epic Electronic Medical Record (EMR) infrastructure and associated enduser access platforms across the enterprise. The position has enterprise accountability for the stability, availability, and performance of Tier1 clinical applications, ensuring uninterrupted access for caregivers across Providence St. Joseph Health. This role is responsible for stabilizing, hardening, and modernizing the Epic infrastructure stack, with a strong focus on reliability, scalability, and resilience, supporting approximately 85,000 caregivers. A core accountability of the position is ownership of the Citrix virtual application and desktop environment, ensuring secure, highperforming, and consistent access to Epic and other missioncritical systems. The VP, Service Integration defines and executes the strategy for nextgeneration Epic infrastructure, including cloudenabled architectures and modernized virtual access solutions, to improve system stability, operational efficiency, disaster recoverability, and overall caregiver experience. This is a highly visible leadership role requiring frequent interaction with executive IT leadership, clinical stakeholders, and strategic technology partners. The position ensures Epic access and virtual desktop services are secure, resilient, and fully aligned with Providence's clinical and operational priorities across the full health system and affiliated organizations. The full pay range is listed in accordance with applicable law. Final compensation will be determined based on qualifications, experience, organizational compensation alignment, and the approved hiring department budget for the position. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation and benefits. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
