The Brand ContentSenior Advisor is responsible forstrengthening the organization's global brandbyestablishinga differentiatedportfolio ofbrandcontent andassetsthatcreatesawarenessand builds long-term brandequityfor Baker Hughesin established and emerging markets.

As a Brand ContentSenior Advisor, you will be responsible for:

  • Developingandexecutingcampaigncontent

  • Leadingthe developmentand productionofbrandcontenttobuildbrandequityandincreasemarketawarenessKeyresponsibilitiesincludecontentscoping,creativeoversight,budgetmanagement, andperformancetracking.

  • Maintaining dashboards and reporting mechanisms to evaluate brandcontenteffectiveness.

  • Partnering with sales and commercial teams tosupportstrategic, holistic brand campaignswith unique content thatcreatesbrand awareness and enhancesthe company's reputation across multiple markets around the world.

  • Collaboratingwithin the BMEC team and across the company toensurebrandcontentrelevanceacross multiplemarket-specific situations and challenges. Createspecific contenttosupportkey region- or segment-specific issues.

  • Partneringwithanddirectinternalcreativeteams (designers, copywriters) andexternalagenciestodevelopcampaigncontentthatisvisuallystriking, relevant, and on-brand.

  • Buildingandexecutingrichgo-to-marketplansthatdeployrichcontentacrossvariouschannels-includingsocialmedia,web,email,andevents-toensureaunifiedbrandexperience.

  • Collaboratingonplansandschedulesforcontentdeliverytoensurecampaignslaunchontimeandonbudget.

  • Supportingthecompany'spositioningin anewcompetitivespace

  • Helping develop and execute multifaceted marketing campaigns,incorporatingthemessaging and rich contentthatdemonstratesBaker Hughes' leadership in rewriting The Energy Equation. Allcampaigncontentwillbuild on thecorporate personality, brand pillars, and visual identitytoestablishandreinforceourbrandpositioningin a new competitive space.

  • Usedatadriveninsightstoevaluatebrandcontenteffectivenesssuccessofcampaignsbymeasuringmetricssuchasimpressions,customerawarenessandengagement, andshareofvoice

  • Optimizingcontentcreationbasedonfeedback andperformancedata toimprovefutureresults

  • Collaborating with the thought leadership team to developstrategiccampaigncontent (white papers, pitch decks, etc.)to introduce the brand intonewand emergingmarketslikedata centers, mining, and utilities

  • Studyingnewmarketsto understand targetaudiences,customerpersonae's,behaviors,unmetneeds, andcompetitorpositioningandapplythoselearningtocreateunique, relevantcontent.

  • Ensuringallcontentalignswiththeoverallbrandwhilesupportingapplication-specificmessagingandgoals.

  • Supportingstrategicbusinesspriorities

  • Incorporating the brand strategy and narrative into ongoing work related to the Six Strategic Priorities and brand campaigns

To be successful in this role you will:

  • 8+ years of experience indigitalstrategyand channel management

  • Proven experience withdigitalstrategy,website architectureand crossfunctional stakeholder management

  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and written communication skills

  • Strong curiosity aboutnew ideasand how things work together

  • Websitedevelopmentand content appreciation

  • Understandingoftheimportanceofstorytellingontheweb

  • Strong project leadership and crossfunctional collaboration

  • Ability to simplify complexideasinto clear, compelling frameworks
