We're looking for a *Customer Experience Associate (CEA)* who thrives on solving problems, managing details, and creating seamless customer journeys. In this role, you'll be the frontline connection between our customers and the broader organization, ensuring orders, questions, and issues are handled accurately and professionally. Our company is known for providing *exceptional customer experiences*, and we invest heavily in training to ensure you're fully prepared and confident in your role from day one. *This role reports to the Supervisor of Customer Experience.* What You'll Do As a Customer Experience Associate, you'll play a critical role in supporting customers throughout the order and fulfillment process: * Manage a high volume of customer emails (50-100+ per day) and order requests * Enter and manage customer orders and inquiries in ERP and CRM systems * Serve as a trusted resource for questions related to shipping, pricing, product availability, and order status * Research customer questions using multiple systems to provide accurate, timely solutions * Create and track cases to address customer issues and ensure resolution * Collaborate across internal teams to resolve customer needs-both expressed and anticipated * Communicate directly with customers across multiple channels * Provide transparency and updates by applying critical thinking and problemsolving skills * Handle internal and external inquiries while proactively offering solutions * Support exception management and reporting as needed * Consistently deliver a smooth, frictionless customer experience What We're Looking For MustHave Qualifications * 2+ years of customer service experience in a productbased environment or KPIdriven role * Handson experience with *order entry in an ERP system* * Strong email communication skills in a highvolume environment * Proficiency with *Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Word* * Solid general computer skills and attention to detail * High School diploma or equivalent NicetoHave Experience * Claims or order claims processing experience * CRM experience, preferably *Microsoft Dynamics* * Inbound phone support experience (50+ calls/day) * Working knowledge of *Microsoft Excel* Skills & Attributes for Success * Excellent customer service and professional communication * Ability to work independently and confidently without constant supervision * Strong problemsolving skills and resourcefulness * Detailoriented with a high degree of accountability * Positive, cando attitude and adaptability in a fastpaced environment *Job Type & Location* This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tinley Park, IL. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
