The Sales Development Manager Senior drives sales outcomes by developing and executing a coordinated regional strategy that creates preferred access and aligns Capital's resources with prioritized dealer firms. In partnership with Wealth Management Consultants, this approach is extended to the largest wirehouse teams through enterprise engagement to accelerate execution and drive increased business results.

  • You have a proven track record in third-party distribution, with a strong knowledge base of the wealth management industry and trends.

  • You possess excellent business and sales skills and have shown the capability to pinpoint key opportunities and implement effective sales strategies.

  • You manage ambiguity well and work effectively in a team.

  • You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong presentation capabilities.

  • You hold one or more of these designations: Series 7, Series 63, AIF, AIFA, PPC, CIMA, CFA, and CFP with the Series 7 & 63 required.

Territory: San Francisco (Must be located or willing to relocate to territory)

Base salary: $150,000

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
