About This Role
You are invited to apply to join a highly collaborative HR team as the Compensation Coordinator, where your precision and attention to detail will play a critical role in maintaining the integrity of the university's compensation programs. In this role, you will provide key administrative and operational support across the compensation lifecycle, ensuring that data, documentation, and processes are handled with a high degree of accuracy and consistency. You'll manage and track compensation-related workflows, maintain reliable records within HR systems, and serve as a trusted point of contact for routine compensation and position review inquiries. Success in this role requires a sharp eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple processes in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. By validating data, supporting structured processes, and escalating discrepancies when appropriate, you will directly contribute to the effectiveness, transparency, and compliance of compensation practices while working alongside a knowledgeable and supportive team. Worksite Description This position is Hybrid and/or Remote eligible. This position is remote, but the employee must have availability to be on campus for on-site meetings as requested.
