What You'll Do
- Exceedcommercialcustomer expectations,monitorservice trends, and elevate the overall service experiencefortheindustry.Champion customer feedback and drive upstream for system improvement
- Mentorteams on technical developmentand careergrowth
- Partner withengineering, help develop and improve diagnosticsystems
- Communicates business priorities, ensures clear expectations, and takes ownership of site performance, setting and achieving targets while holding the teamaccountable
- Track and improve teamKPIs
- Planresource and scheduling requirements within marketfor 24/7coverage
- Expandstandardoperating procedures forrobust, scalablegrowth
What You'll Bring
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal skills, and ability to communicateacross all levels, inside and outsideof the organization
- Proven experience leading field, technical repair, or manufacturing teams in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment with strong customer facingresponsibilities
- Ability toestablishand maintain cooperative workingrelationships withallfacetsof the program toactivelyparticipatein the continuous designcycle
- Prior leadership experience in a service-focused industry preferred
- Automotive experience isrequired
- Valid driver's license required with ability to obtain andmaintaina CDL
- Must be available totravelto Tesla and customer locations up to25%.Must be available to cover any shiftneeded
