Location: Remote (Must reside within 100 miles of Cupertino, CA; Culver City, CA; or Seattle, WA)

Duration: 12-Month Contract

Pay Rate:



  • Culver City, CA: $68.08/hour
  • Cupertino, CA: $72.59/hour
  • Seattle, WA: $72.01/hour

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Digital Marketing Analyst with a strong foundation in statistics and marketing analytics. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on data-driven problem solving and can translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights that inform marketing and product strategies.


Key Responsibilities

  • Build, maintain, and optimize data-driven models, including experimentation frameworks, forecasting algorithms, and machine learning models to improve campaign performance and identify trends
  • Translate business needs into analytical frameworks and communicate model outputs into clear, actionable insights for marketing and product stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain performance benchmarks across digital marketing channels
  • Create, manage, and automate content taxonomies to support attribution and performance analysis
  • Apply natural language processing (NLP) and topic modeling techniques to analyze consumer feedback, sentiment, and competitive insights
  • Analyze content performance across paid, organic, and total channel strategies
  • Leverage social listening and analytics tools to generate audience and consumer insights

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 2-5 years of experience in data analytics, marketing analytics, data science, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of statistical concepts and methodologies
  • Proficiency in Excel or Apple Numbers
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams including marketing, creative, social, and data science
  • Deep understanding of social media metrics across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, and Facebook
  • Experience analyzing content performance across paid and organic channels
  • Proficiency with social listening, competitive analysis, and audience insight tools
  • Ability to read and analyze large volumes of content in Simplified Chinese

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience writing and querying in SQL
  • Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis
  • Familiarity with SEO metrics and performance tracking
  • Experience building and maintaining marketing taxonomies
