We continue to grow, andwe want you to grow with us. We are seeking an experienced Materials Laboratory Manager to lead our construction materials testing and inspection services in Rexburg, Idaho. This role is responsible for overseeing laboratory and field testing operations, managing technical staff, ensuring compliance with state and industry standards, and supporting transportation and infrastructure projects throughout the region. Your Responsibilities a Materials Laboratory Manager: Provide staff oversight for sampling and testing procedures Provide accurate sampling and documentation for test results Develop scope of work Schedule and deploy technicians for field sampling Ensure testing equipment is calibrated and maintained according to QA/QC protocols. Follow company and industry safety protocols and maintain a clean lab environment. Coordinate with project engineers and field technicians to prioritize test scheduling. Assist with field sampling or inspections as needed. What we're looking for: 5+ years of experience in construction materials testing or materials laboratory management Experience supporting transportation and infrastructure projects Strong knowledge of construction materials testing procedures and standards Experience managing field and laboratory staff Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills Required Certifications, or ability to obtain within 6 months: ACI Certified Related ITD Certifications IQP WAQTC: Density Asphalt Concrete Field ACI Concrete Lab ACI Why you'll love working for us: Company-subsidized medical and dental.
