Job Summary

Manages moderately complex sales-driven projects with high-value customer impact by applying in-depth knowledge of electrical systems, project coordination, and commercial operations. Works independently with minimal supervision while serving as a key resource for project oversight and stakeholder collaboration. Leads problem-solving efforts, applies existing solutions in new ways, and helps shape project strategy in support of enterprise goals. Interfaces with clients and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assesses the scope, resource needs, and risk factors of mid to large-scale sales projects, ensuring alignment with customer expectations and business priorities.
  • Directs individuals to execute project tasks, manage timelines, and resolve issues that impact technical or commercial performance.
  • Develops more complex project schedules, pricing models, and deliverables by integrating technical specifications, supply chain constraints, and contractual terms.
  • Implements processes to improve quote accuracy, project tracking, and stakeholder communication throughout the sales project lifecycle.
  • Delivers documentation, status reports, and post-project evaluations to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring transparency and lessons learned.
  • Confers with engineering, procurement, and operations teams to interpret client needs and coordinate solutions across multiple departments.
  • Integrates customer feedback and market data into project planning to influence future design standards, process improvements, and service enhancements.
  • Coaches junior project coordinators and sales support staff on process compliance, issue resolution, and client engagement best practices.
  • Helps establish and implement project governance frameworks, tools, and reporting systems that support consistent delivery and scalability.
  • Performs other duties as assigned

  • Manages staff performance and development, coaching team members to achieve their full potential in contributing to the department's goals.
Required Education & Experience

Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree

Years of Experience: 5-7 Years

Preferred Education & Experience

Minimum Education Level: Master's degree
