We are hiring an Engineering Team Leader to provide technical direction, business guidance, and support to operations manufacturing engineers, driving process improvements, ensuring quality production, and fostering high performance within the team

With a strong track record in supporting process improvements, ensuring quality production, and leading high-performing engineering teams within a manufacturing environment, you possess the ability to proactively drive transformative change initiatives. You have the capacity to maintain adherence to quality policies and continuously seek innovative methods for improving team performance in quality and profitability.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an Engineering field or military equivalent experience
• 5 years of experience in a Manufacturing Environment

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Previous leadership experience
• Previous experience in Quality or related fields; experience in product or manufacturing engineering
• ASQ Certification(s) preferred

What You Will Be Doing:

• Provide technical direction and business guidance to operations manufacturing engineers and superintendents to enhance customer experience.
• Support process improvement and ensure quality production within assigned area(s), including quality system execution and enhancement.
• Develop a team of high-performing engineers to support and serve various areas in a manufacturing plant.
• Offer support and guidance for production process enhancements, problem resolution, and engagement in transformational initiatives within the plant.
• Ensure adherence to established quality policies, investigate root causes of quality issues, recommend policy changes, and strive for continuous improvement in team performance for quality and profitability.
