CHA Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Revit Designer to join our Water Team with opportunities to work from Blacksburg, VA; Wilmington, DE; Albany, NY; Greenville, SC; Richmond, VA; Bethlehem, PA; or from home. In this role, you will support the design and delivery of water, wastewater, and sewer projects that serve municipalities and industries of all sizes while contributing to sustainable and reliable infrastructure solutions.

This position offers fully remote capabilities; however, occasional on-site responsibilities may be required if you are located near a CHA office.



What You'll Do:

    Leads the research, preparation, and creation of various types of contract or construction drawings for water, wastewater, and sewer projects using REVIT, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Bluebeam, and Autodesk ReCap Pro
  • Mentor junior and mid-level designers, ensuring quality and consistency across all project work
  • Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and multidisciplinary teams to support project requirements, schedules, and budgets
  • Participate in project review meetings and support the preparation of technical reports, material costs, and construction estimates
  • Prepare project "As-Builts" documentation and support field assignments as needed


What You Bring:

  • Associate's Degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Engineering Science, or related technical field required
  • Minimum of 7 years' experience in document production within the engineering discipline required
  • Proficiency with REVIT required
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Bluebeam, and/or Autodesk ReCap Pro preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a collaborative work ethic
  • Solid working knowledge of engineering discipline
  • Ability to lead design drawing layout

Salary Range:

$40.00 - $50.00

Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
