Job Details
The Registration Supervisor is responsible to the day-to-day management of admin staff. It is the responsibility of this role to support the admin staff in meeting the expectations of the department through communication, coaching and feedback. It is also the responsibility of this role to set expectations on deliverables as needed. The Registration Supervisor provides leadership and supervision to the department and has overall responsibility for the design, implementation, and integration of the department's customer service program. The Registration Supervisor is responsible for the coordination and scheduling of patient visits, registration process, financial clearance, team meetings, training and education, and the accurate and timely communication between staff, departments and patients. The Registration Supervisor provides guidance and direction on resource utilization to the team and is the point person for all administrative functions. The Registration Supervisor ensures regulatory compliance within all role responsibilities, incorporates customer service into daily job duties, and helps to provide training to the department regarding effective registration, scheduling and financial clearance practices. Registration Supervisor develops service excellence materials and programs. Registration Supervisor will continually assess all aspects of customer encounters within the department to ensure staff is creating the best possible service experience. Registration Supervisor reviews patient billing systems regularly to ensure department revenue compliance. Registration Supervisor will work under the direction of the Administrator to ensure that administrative functions support effective revenue management. Salary Range: Minimum 23.32/hour - Maximum 40.82/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
