RN - Endoscopy - Mercy Chula Vista

This is a full time, benefited RN role with 80 hours per 2 week pay period located in Chula Vista. The hours are varied and include rotating call on weekends and holidays.

As a RN within Endoscopy you will provide direct patient care within the scope of his/her practice. Patient care includes assessment, planning and implementing a plan of care and evaluating patients' progress towards expected outcomes. The RN takes primary responsibility for the patients' care as delivered by the Care Team under his/her supervision. Works collaboratively with other members of the patient care team to ensure optimal patient care.

Required Qualifications:

• * Minimum one (1) year RN experience

• * Active California RN license

• * BLS, Healthcare Provider Certifications through American Heart Association

• * Be able to speak, read and following instructions in English.

• * Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrate positive behaviors

Preferred Qualifications:

• * BA in Nursing

• * Previous ICU or GI experience is preferred

• * Pre-OP/Post Op experience is ideal too
