Job DescriptionJob Duties: Serve as the primary point of contact for managing equity capital markets operations, including execution, reporting, and compliance. Prepare and maintain treasury reporting for senior leadership, including market data dashboards. Develop macros, scripts, or other automation tools for financial and operational processes. Automate manual processes, including Excel based workflows and reporting tools, to enhance process efficiencies. Identify and deploy new technology vendors/solutions to improve cash management, forecasting, reporting, and treasury management systems for streamlined operations. Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and mitigate risks in treasury operations. Support compliance with company digital asset policies and ensure timely processing of treasury transactions. Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Legal, Financial Planning & Analysis, Accounting) to streamline treasury operations and ensure accurate financial data. Develop and implement strategies for efficient treasury and cash management operations. Collaborate with the capital markets team on financing initiatives, including structured debt and equity transactions. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering (any field) or closely related quantitative discipline and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or in any occupation in related field. Special Skill Requirements: 1) Capital Markets Business Processes / Reporting, 2) Financial Planning (Budgeting and forecasting), 3) Data modelling skills for operational efficiencies, 4) Business Intelligence tools, 5) Automation languages like Python / Visual Basic, advanced MS Excel and Power point skills, and 6) Financial operations as domain expertise and technology automation for process efficiencies.
