Advantage Technical is hiring an Industrial Wastewater Technician for our client, a leading U.S.-based electronics manufacturer in Nashua, NH - specializing in advanced PCB and flex circuit production for demanding industries. What You'll Do (Job Duties) Operate and maintain waste treatment processes including flow-through, batch treatment, and IXRO systems. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal environmental regulations. Conduct equipment inspections, manage hazardous waste sampling and data entry, and initiate corrective actions as needed. Collaborate daily with employees and managers on departmental updates, safety audits, and quality improvement initiatives. What You Bring (Requirements and Experience) Grade I, II, or III Wastewater Certification required Associate's degree or 6+ months of waste treatment experience Knowledge of chemical handling and OSHA safety standards Familiarity with atomic absorption spectrometers, pH meters, pumps, and related equipment Proficiency in Excel for data entry and reporting Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in confined spaces (manholes, trenches, tanks) Availability for occasional overtime and alternate shift coverage What you get (Benefits) PTO, medical, dental, vision, and disability insurance, 401k, and more - full benefits package provided by the employer.
