We are seeking to add a Senior Business Planner to our team! As the Senior Business Planner, you will own the pricing and packaging strategy for M365 for Individuals (B2C), accounting for billions of dollars in annual revenue and tens of millions of paid subscribers globally. As Microsoft introduces transformative AI capabilities, this role sits at the center of shaping how innovative AI features reach customers and how it drives sustainable growth. About the team Microsoft's Monetization and Business Planning (M+BP) organization is a centralized team responsible for developing the monetization strategies (including of pricing, packaging, licensing, and channel) across a broad portfolio of products under the Microsoft CMO, uniquely positioned to execute and influence strategic initiatives with high executive visibility and direct business impact. As the Senior Business Planner, you will have the opportunity to influence the product feature tiering roadmap, drive executive decisions, and translate strategy into real product launches and global price changes through deep crossfunctional partnership across Product Marketing, Finance, Engineering, and Operations. Business Planning IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $106,400 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $137,600 - $222,600 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
