The Senior Talent Acquisition Manager, is responsible for the leadership and continuous development of all Talent Acquisition related activities within the North America region (Canada and U.S). These TA activities form are intended to ensure that Worley has the optimal resource profiles for current and long-term needs at all times through the delivery of proactive TA services that match resource supply with business demand.

The Senior Talent Acquisition Manager will report to the Americas Talent Acquisition Director and will be responsible for delivering all TA activities within the North America region. The position is focused at a strategic level, encompassing the provision of expert TA advice, team leadership to a multinational team, decision making support, market intelligence and data insights. The Senior Talent Acquisition Manager will be expected to carry a limited requisition load of business-critical requisitions. The Senior Talent Acquisition Manager will act as the key owner for all TA delivery across the North America region to ensure successful delivery of recruitment for all hiring categories.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the deployment of the New Worley Talent Acquisition model across the North America region thereby ensuring that Worley has the right people, in the right place, at the right time to execute its strategy.

  • Develop TA Partner capability to ensure that a "Direct Sourcing" is embedded across the region and that a strategic approach is used at all times. This is to be achieved through Proactive TA Partner coaching and leading by example.

  • Own the Hiring Manager Experience within set perimeter, provide coaching to them through the headhunting process, their role within it, creating appropriate target lists and a compelling value proposition to sell to passive candidates

  • Ensure that TA Partners work in harmony with the Global Delivery Hubs and Search team to drive positive outcomes across the TA Eco-system.

  • Drive consistency and process standardization across the set perimeter in alignment with the Worley Global TA Operating model.

  • Personally own and drive measurable improvements in the Quality, Speed and Cost of Hiring, in line with wider function objectives.

  • In partnership with the Director implement, communicate and drive the Worley Global TA Strategy including influencing key stakeholders to adopt new processes, tools and behaviors.

  • Act as a business interface within set perimeter ensuring that TA always has a clear view on upstream activities and potential resource needs across the region.

Experience we are looking for:

  • Proven success at developing, mentoring and managing high performing teams across multiple geographies.

  • Experience of the Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPCM) market is highly desirable.

  • Extensive background from the Talent Acquisition (In-House & Search) space ideally from a large multinationalorganization.

  • Experience managing local & remote team members in a complex matrix environment.

  • Able to positively influence at all levels of an organization up to VP & C Suite level, and to develop valued relationships with Senior Executives, Managers and Candidates.

  • Strong analytic skills, fluent in the development and use of metrics.

  • Consultancy experience that enables the role holder to utilize models and metrics effectively to drive performance.
