Visual and Experiential Product Designer

The Opportunity:

At Booz Allen, we believe design has the power to shape perception, influence behavior, and create beautiful and meaningful human experiences across every touchpoint. We're looking for a designer who sees the world through that lens. This is not a production role, it's an opportunity for a multidisciplinary designer to help define how one of the world's most influential technology companies shows up through brand, product, and digital experiences, and immersive environments. We're looking for someone with exceptional craft and conceptual depth who thrives in ambiguity and can move fluidly between visual storytelling, product thinking, and visual design. Someone who can create work that feels intelligent, modern, emotionally resonant, and unmistakably intentional.

You'll partner across creative, marketing, product, and technology teams to shape experiences that elevate the Booz Allen brand across digital and physical spaces for all growth sectors. This role is for a designer who understands that great brands are not just seen, they are crafted and experienced.

The work we create influences how clients, partners, employees, and industries experience Booz Allen. We're building a design culture that values creativity, systems thinking, innovation, and human-centered storytelling at the highest level. If you're a designer who wants to create work that is both strategically meaningful and visually exceptional, we'd love to see what you bring to the table. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

What You'll Do:

  • Design across brand, digital product, campaign, and experiential ecosystems.
  • Help evolve and elevate the visual expression of Booz Allen and its growth sectors.
  • Create thoughtful digital-to-physical experiences for executive engagements, events, and strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with product designers, strategists, marketers, technologists, and engineers to deliver cohesive end-to-end experiences.
  • Bring clarity, sophistication, and consistency to every interaction and touchpoint.
  • Contribute ideas that push creative quality, storytelling, and innovation forward.
  • Use AI thoughtfully as both a creative accelerator and exploratory design tool.
  • Champion world-class craft, typography, systems thinking, and visual excellence.

Join us. The world can't wait.

You Have:

  • 10+ years of experience across visual design, brand design, product design, or experiential design
  • Experience with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience with user experience, interaction design, and modern digital systems
  • Experience building brands, shaping narratives, and designing with strategic intent
  • Knowledge of emerging technologies, AI-enabled workflows, and the future of experience design
  • Ability to move between high-level conceptual thinking and hands-on execution
  • Ability to provide a portfolio that demonstrates conceptual thinking and exceptional execution across multiple mediums
  • Ability to have confidence presenting ideas and collaborating across disciplines
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience working across both product and marketing ecosystems
  • Experience in technology, consulting, innovation, or B2B environments
  • Experience designing immersive environments, installations, or executive experiences
  • Ability to lead projects from concept through launch
  • Master's degree
