40 hours per week, multiple day shift options available, flexible on days worked (Sunday-Thursday, Monday-Friday, or Tuesday-Saturday)
Position Summary:
The Warehouse Data Entry Specialist supports manufacturing operations by entering and maintaining accurate production records Client's manufacturing facility. This role ensures production tracking, material movement documentation, and quality-related data are properly recorded to support operational efficiency and product traceability.

What You'll Do:
    • Enter production data into internal tracking systems (MES/ERP or spreadsheets)
    • Record batch numbers, material usage, and production output accurately
    • Support documentation of work-in-process (WIP) and finished goods movement
    • Verify production travelers and manufacturing paperwork for completeness
    • Assist with labeling, scanning, and tracking materials through production stages
    • Maintain accurate logs for shift activity and production reporting
    • Communicate discrepancies or missing information to supervisors
    • Support basic production-floor administrative tasks
    • Assist operators and supervisors with documentation needs
    • Follow company safety procedures and manufacturing protocols
    • Maintain organized records in accordance with quality standards
Job Requirements
What You'll Bring:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a Data Entry role
What Sets You Apart:
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel, data entry systems, or similar)
  • Ability to follow written procedures and instructions
  • Reliable attendance and ability to work scheduled shifts
  • Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
  • Exposure to solar, semiconductor, or electronics manufacturing environments
  • Familiarity with production documentation and traceability processes
Additional information:
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to stand and walk throughout shift as needed
  • Ability to lift up to 25-40 lbs occasionally
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
Work Environment:
  • Solar manufacturing production floor environment
  • Combination of desk-based and floor-based support work
  • PPE required depending on assigned production area
  • Shift flexibility and overtime may be required during ramp-up periods
