Summary The Consumer eBanking Manager will lead and oversee the Consumer eBanking team, ensuring effective day-to-day operations, strong service delivery, and ongoing development of team members. This role serves as a subject matter expert for consumer eBanking products, partnering with internal stakeholders to support product implementations, enhancements, and customer adoption. The position also plays a key role in risk management, fraud mitigation, audit support, and regulatory compliance, while driving continuous improvement and high-quality consumer eBanking solutions.
