Astrion has an exciting opportunity for an experienced DoD Program Management Analyst, Seniorto join our team supporting the efforts of the EPASS75 program located onsite at Robins AFB at Robins AAFB, GA.

Required Qualifications / Skills

Education: Bachelor's degree

Experience: 12 yrs relevant experience with 5 yrs relevant in DoW or no bachelor degree with 15 yrs of experience

Clearance: Secret (Tier 3); US citizenship

Responsibilities:

  • Job description summary: Collect and analyze project data to advise and assist in managing, organizing, scheduling and maintaining information of the various assigned projects. This opportunity is located at Robins AFB, Georgia.
  • Management Analyst Support /Senior: Advise and assist in the managing, organizing, scheduling and maintaining information by:
    • Gather, analyze, evaluate, and coord FMS related agreements, manpower plans, file and retrieve program documentation
    • Prepare international agreements and update international sales related management reports
    • Attend DSAMS, SAMRS, AFRIMS, eSAMM, and DTS systems training and use the systems to support FMS LOAs, official file plans, travel and other associated actions
    • Assist with procurement activities as needed
    • Provide admin and logistical assistance for visiting personnel (e.g., proper clearances, agendas, coord with FDO, export compliance/control docs)
    • Manage travel budgets and assist in preparing travel arrangements, coord with external entities, prepare vouchers, etc.
    • Coordinate internally/externally arrangements, agendas, and briefing materials and record/track program action items and suspense's
    • Assist in writing and developing contract SOW documents and CDRLs
    • Answer RFIs, perform risk analyses, and assist with resolution of program issues and provide and present materials to senior AF staff
    • Analyze org, customer requirements and functional manning requirements to prepare, coord and maintain program manpower profiles and data#LI-LP1

Must:

  • Poses an active SECRET clearance
  • Skillfully prepare statistical and written reports as well as presentations for management
  • Apply the knowledge, experience and demonstrate the ability to perform tasks related to the technical/professional discipline
  • Work independently and apply the proper procedures and processes related to their area of expertise
  • Able to problem solve and troubleshoot various situations to develop successful outcomes within established program / project guidelines.
