Job DescriptionEmployee Relations Business Partner Location :Austin Tx Hybrid schedule 3 days in office and 2 days remote We engineer success. Our employees work closely with chip manufacturers, material suppliers, and other equipment suppliers to pursue common goals and learn collectively in a pre-competitive manner, ensuring timely solutions to the technology roadmap of the semiconductor industry. The Employee Relations & Compliance Business Partner will engage in the development, planning, and implementation of employee relations policies and procedures. Investigate, resolve, or escalate complex workplace issues to ensure resolution, consistency, fairness, and legal compliance. Advise, train, and consult employees on policies, performance management, corrective action, and issue resolution. Perform various employee relations duties, including employee counseling, equal employment opportunity, and/or labor relations. Coordinate grievance resolution, investigate allegations of unlawful discrimination, and draft position statements and other responses as necessary. Coordinate performance management and resolve employee relations issues. Primary areas include, employee relations, performance management, policies and procedures, and regulatory compliance, with responsibility for managing and/or facilitating specific projects and programs to support business needs. The ERC HRBP will support across all U.S. regions in alignment with the Company and Human Resources strategic goals, including:

This job operates in an office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets. This is a largely sedentary role; however, some filing is required, which would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary. This position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies, up to 35 pounds. This position also requires 8 hours per day at a computer screen/keyboard.
