Mansfield Service Partners is looking for a Marketing Coordinator for our Houston, TX location. Description The Marketing Coordinator is primarily responsible for maintaining the day-to-day requirements of the marketing department, providing support to sales activities, prospecting for new business, and completing projects to support the growth of the organization. - Assist the marketing department with the development and implementation of a complete marketing program(s) and marketing initiatives which include but are not limited to articles, presentations, brochures, press releases, and monthly company newsletters
- Edit and distribute Mansfield's news publications to employees, partners, and customers
- Assist with the collections of information for promotional literature
- Update and maintain the marketing department's documentation and databases
- Assist with lead generation including cold calling prospective customers
- Handle correspondence, review, and distribute sales related documents
- Plan and schedule marketing e-blasts and mailers to potential and current customers.
- Support on PowerPoint presentations and sales materials
- Procure, organize, and coordinate distribution of corporate branded materials to all sales and product line support teams
- Collaborate with sales and pricing team while utilizing existing product knowledge to prepare engaging sales proposals for delivery to customer
- Communicate with sales to suggest appropriate content, branded materials, and equipment to use for tradeshows, customer meetings, etc.
- Provide overall support to marketing department
- Provide overall support to Mansfield Service Partners in relation to marketing responsibilities
- Provide support for marketing events and exhibitions as required
Position Requirements FormalEducation & Certification
- High School Diploma or equivalency required
- Bachelor's degree preferred in marketing, sales or business
Knowledge& Experience
- 1+ years of marketing experience required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Experience with CRM programs (i.e. Cake, Dynamics, SalesForce) is highly desirable
- Experience with Marketing Automation software (ie, HubSpot, Marketo, Eloqua) is highly desirable

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task effectively
- Detail oriented with strong verbal/written communication skills
- Basic understanding of marketing principles and copywriting
Work Environment
- 40-hour on-site work week
- Ability to travel up to 10%
- Sitting for extended periods of time
- Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and other computer components
