Order Management and Execution (OM&E) Process & Solution Lead

As part of the Office of Digital Transformation, you'll play a critical role in creating next-generation business processes and solutions, while accelerating technology adoption across the company. With your expertise in developing and implementing strategic plans, you'll not only enhance employee and customer experience, but also improve operational efficiency and overall productivity. • Process Architecture: Design, configure, and optimize end-to-end SAP Order Management and Execution processes in ETO and CTO environments across SAP SD and PP, including integration with downstream planning and execution processes.
• Solution Design: Lead the implementation of Order Management & Execution solutions with integration into complex Variant Configuration (VC) models, including Super BOMs, Super Routings, Order BOMs, Non-Standard Requests, Non-Standard Options, and Master Production Schedule (Linear Production Report) management.
• System Transition: Support current SAP ECC environments while spearheading the roadmap and transition to S/4HANA.
• Cross-Functional Integration: Seamlessly integrate SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) and SAP PP (Production Planning) modules to ensure data integrity and process efficiency.
• Strategic Advisory: Act as a subject matter expert, influencing decision-making at all levels of the organization and providing clarity on best practices and system capabilities.
  Collaboration: Partner closely with global planning and operations teams-including business stakeholders, IT, and third-party vendors-to translate business requirements into scalable SAP solutions.
• System Delivery: Support system integration, testing, and deployment activities.
• Post-Go-Live Support: Provide post-go-live support and drive continuous optimization.
• Process Improvement: Identify process improvement opportunities and deliver innovative, sustainable solutions.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business, Supply Chain, or Operations Management, with typically a minimum of 15 years of related experience; or 12 years with a Master's degree; or a PhD with 8 years of experience; or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of experience in leading and supporting end-to-end SAP Order Management and Execution processes in ETO and CTO environments.
• Experience working with SAP ECC (mandatory) and SAP S/4HANA (preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with an intrinsic drive to resolve complex issues.
• Excellent communication skills, proven ability to collaborate and influence across all organizational levels. A strategic thinker, self-starter with strong ownership and accountability with ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
• Experience in high-tech manufacturing or engineering-driven environments.
• Prior consulting experience in large-scale SAP implementations or transformations.

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories - On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. 'On-site Flex' you'll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. 'Virtual Flex' you'll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
