Job Title: Registered Nurse Location: Cypress, TX 77429 Duration : 13 Weeks with possible extension Shift: Standard Shift Job Description: Provide one-to-one nursing care for a medically complex student throughout the school day, including during bus transportation. Perform skilled procedures such as tracheostomy care, enteral feeds, suctioning, and cough assist as outlined in the student's Individual Healthcare Plan (IHP). Monitor student's condition, administer medications, and respond to emergencies. Document all care and communicate with campus staff, Health Services, and family as needed. Maintain student confidentiality in accordance with FERPA and HIPAA. Required Documents: Active TX RN License. Active BLS/CPR.
