We partner with families, employers, and community organizations to help people live, work, and thrive. ________________________________________ Role Overview VersAbility Resources is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to support operations within the MSC Government Contracts division. This role provides essential administrative and clerical support, including managing records, coordinating schedules, supporting payroll processes, and assisting leadership with daily operations. In accordance with AbilityOne requirements, a minimum of 75% of direct labor hours on this contract are performed by individuals with qualified disabilities. ________________________________________ What You'll Do *Perform administrative and clerical duties including filing, scheduling, and managing correspondence *Answer and direct phone calls while providing excellent customer service *Maintain records, files, and organizational data with accuracy and confidentiality *Develop and generate routine reports and assist with data tracking *Coordinate meetings, presentations, and internal communications *Support payroll administration and personnel record management *Assist with research projects, presentations, charts, and other materials as needed *Implement and maintain organized records management processes and procedures *Monitor and maintain office supplies within budget and coordinate special orders *Support cross-functional administrative needs and collaborate with internal teams *Assist in developing and maintaining efficient administrative processes *Perform other duties as assigned ________________________________________ Qualifications *High school diploma or GED required *Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business or related field (preferred) *Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or office setting *Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) *Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills *Ability to handle confidential information with discretion *Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment *Familiarity with disability services (preferred) ________________________________________ Work Environment & Physical Requirements This position operates in a professional office environment supporting a government contract. The role requires frequent interaction with staff, leadership, and external stakeholders. Work is primarily sedentary, with prolonged periods of sitting and computer use. Occasional standing, walking, and lifting (up to 10-20 lbs.) may be required.
