Dexian Government Solutions is recruiting for a Intelligence Solutions Integrator Team Lead to support our proposal effort for DCD IAO INSCOM contract.

Work Location: INSCOM Nolan Building, Fort Belvoir, VA

Position Overview:

  • The Intelligence Solutions Integrator - Senior Team Lead serves as a senior technical leader and functional manager responsible for delivering intelligence data integration solutions across the full intelligence lifecycle. This role combines hands-on senior-level data integration expertise with team leadership and operational oversight, ensuring mission success across intelligence planning, collection, processing, analysis, and dissemination activities.
  • The position supports enterprise-level intelligence data capabilities, enabling data interoperability, governance, and sharing across DoD and coalition partners, while ensuring delivery of high-quality analytical products, briefings, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team supporting intelligence lifecycle operations including planning, collection, processing, analysis, and dissemination
  • Oversee data integration and management activities, including:
    • Data governance
    • Data architecture
    • Data warehousing
    • Data quality management
    • Metadata management
    • Data operations and data discovery
  • Ensure integration of intelligence data across systems to support operational and analytical requirements
  • Coordinate with bilateral and multilateral partners to enable intelligence sharing and interoperability across systems and organizations
  • Support foreign disclosure and intelligence dissemination processes in accordance with DoD policies
  • Provide technical leadership and task management for subordinate personnel, including:
    • Workload prioritization
    • Performance oversight
    • Quality assurance of deliverables
  • Develop and deliver professional briefings and presentations to senior leadership and diverse stakeholder audiences
  • Draft, maintain, and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and technical documentation
  • Produce analytical reports and products incorporating text, data visualization, and graphics to communicate complex intelligence concepts
  • Ensure compliance with DoD intelligence standards, data policies, and security requirements
  • Support continuous improvement of intelligence data integration processes and capabilities

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 years of demonstrated experience leading teams and managing tasks related to:
    • Intelligence planning
    • Intelligence collection
    • Intelligence processing
    • Intelligence analysis
    • Intelligence dissemination
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in data integration and management, including:
    • Data governance
    • Data architecture
    • Data warehousing
    • Data quality and metadata management
    • Data operations and discovery
  • Demonstrated experience working with bilateral or multilateral partners in:
    • Intelligence information sharing
    • Intelligence system/data interoperability
  • Experience in foreign disclosure and/or intelligence dissemination
  • Proven ability to:
    • Deliver executive-level briefings and presentations
    • Draft SOPs and technical documentation
    • Produce reports conveying complex concepts using text and graphics

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field from an accredited institution
    OR,
  • Associate's Degree with 7 years relevant experience in an intelligence discipline
    OR,
  • High School Diploma with 9 years of experience in an intelligence discipline

Clearance Requirements:

  • Active DoD Top Secret / SCI Clearance Required
  • Ability to obtain CI Polygraph
