Credence has an immediate need for a Acquisition Logistics Manager to support HQ AFMC A4/10 at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio.

The Headquarters Air Force Material Command Directorate of Logistics, Civil Engineering, Force Protection, and Nuclear Integration (HQ AFMC/A4/10) has the AFMC mission responsibility to: shape the workforce and infrastructure to provide logistics, sustainment, and installation support for acquisition logistics, supply management, depot maintenance, and base-level logistics operations, and deliver responsive strategic facility and infrastructure oversight and over-arching direction for all Major Command (MAJCOM) security operations...resulting in war-winning expeditionary capabilities.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the duties listed below

  • Coordinate with all AMREP users to ensure aircraft possessed by AFMC (to include AFMC contractors, partnership and other DoD activities) for the various DM repair activities, engineering evaluation, or other related actions are identified in AMREP system.
  • Create and update records within AMREP and train personnel on the AMREP system. The subject training may be performed at WPAFB or other locations.
  • Assist with oversight, validation, and analysis of ALC data submittals. Perform in-depth analysis, recommend solutions, and support the implementation of recommendations.
  • Perform enterprise level what-if analysis, metric development and collection, and status reporting
  • Assist in identifying AMREP system and policy updates.
  • Assist in the development of yearly depot performance standards contained in AMREP system to include due date performance and functional check flight standards. Quality standards are also developed utilizing AMREP data in conjunction with JDRS information.
  • Assist in preparing depot production reports for AFMC as well as other USAF and DoD customers.
  • Monitor and report War Readiness Engine (WRE) status and coordinate with AFLCMC/LP for (WRE) status updates.
  • Assist in interpretation of all DM policy as well as equipment status and utilization reporting to determine how as well as what aircraft records should be reported in AMREP system.

  • Clearance: Secret
  • MS/MA and ten (10) years of relevant experience or,
  • BS/BA and twelve (12) years of relevant experience or,
  • Fifteen (15) years of relevant work experience
  • Experience with and apply working knowledge of AF field and depot aircraft maintenance management processes, SCM operations, aircraft and component maintenance facility capability and capacity assessment and planning requirements, and AF policies, procedures and publications as they relate to AF logistics
  • Experience with and apply working knowledge of the Aircraft Maintenance Production/Compression Report (AMREP) database and with the collection of aircraft-possessed information which is used in computing aircraft availability metrics used by senior AF officials to make resource allocation decisions across weapon systems, charter process improvements and other initiatives
