Responsibilities:

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our outpatient OB/GYN team, offering a balanced schedule of four 10-hour shifts per week with no weekend or holiday requirements. In this clinical lead position, you will utilize the nursing process to provide direct patient care through both independent nurse-led visits-such as vaccinations, wound care, and patient education-and high-level telephone triage to assess and prioritize patient needs. As a vital agent of the provider, you will be responsible for medication refill management using approved nursing protocols, ensuring that all care remains safe, timely, and patient-centered within our ambulatory staffing model. The ideal candidate will be an expertly organized RN who thrives in a fast-paced clinical environment, coordinating seamless patient flow and acting as a primary clinical navigator for our reproductive health population.

This position is eligible for the Northern New Mexico differential of $4.00 per hour. (This differential may be adjusted or discontinued based on business requirements.)
