Develop internal digital marketing strategies, employee communication programs, and content tailored to a diverse audience within the highly regulated medical device industry. Provide content creation services, including writing material, photo/video recording, and editing. Communicate technical product information about medical devices, products, or services across emails, digital screen content, and websites using Microsoft SharePoint, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Stream platforms. Design, plan, and support communications for global employees, including disseminating company information, global events, program rollouts, organizational changes, strategic goals, values, culture, and engagement campaigns. Utilize fluency in Spanish and English and experience translating medical terms from Spanish to English and English to Spanish. Administer global internal social media channels with Microsoft Viva Engage. Support preparation for confidential company initiatives for C-suite executives, including writing, recording, and documenting messaging and creating presentations. Serve as a copywriter/editor for communications using Microsoft Word. Perform graphic design using Adobe Creative Cloud. Support global communication partners and provide training as needed to ensure global consistency. Design, edit, proof, and execute multi-faceted communications and strategies that advance initiatives and increase organizational visibility, and communicate to a global audience while localizing for country-specific sites and regional needs. Document strategic initiatives, presentations, and company programs using PowerPoint. Assist with internal communication and engagement initiatives, including Town Halls, written communications, presentations, reporting support, and coordination with other team members/partners on cadence, talking points, events, and other key deliverables. Perform survey design using Microsoft Forms. Perform live global events broadcasts, using Stream RTMP and Teams Live Events.
Experience Required: Two years as a Communications Specialist or closely related occupation. Degree Required: Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, Language, Literature, Digital Marketing, Graphic Design, or a closely related field. Special Requirements: Two years of experience as a Communications Specialist or in a closely related occupation must include two years of content creation in an agency or as part of a corporate communications/marketing team working in a global company in the medical device industry. Prior experience and demonstrable knowledge in:
Content creation services, including writing material, photo/video recording, and editing. Broadcasting using Stream RTMP and Teams Live Events. Communicating technical product information about medical devices, products, or services across various formats, including emails, digital screen content, and websites, using Adobe Illustrator or Adobe InDesign. Handling confidential information, documenting messaging, and creating presentations for C-suite executives. Designing, editing, proofing, and executing multi-faceted communications and strategies that advance initiatives and increase organizational visibility, and communicating to a global audience while localizing for country-specific sites and regional needs. Graphic design using Adobe Creative Cloud. Survey design using Microsoft Forms. Documenting strategic initiatives, investor presentations, and company programs using PowerPoint. Drafting announcements using Microsoft Word. Translating medical terms from Spanish to English and English to Spanish. Fluency in Spanish and English.
Travel Requirements: Domestic travel up to 3 times per year, up to 5 days per trip and international travel up to 1 time per year, up to 5 days per trip.
