We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to lead our procurement transformation initiatives and enhance day-to-day operational activities. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your strategic thinking, exceptional communication skills, and rigorous project management capabilities to oversee complex system implementations and process overhauls. You will be instrumental in building cross-functional partnerships, simplifying intricate workflows, and fostering the adoption of new operational behaviors across the organization.

**What You'll Do:**

* Execute and support daily procurement tasks, transactional activities, and operational escalations to ensure continuous service delivery.

* Manage concurrent strategic projects and communication workstreams, delivering high-quality results on time in a fast-paced environment.

* Develop scalable workflows, manage templates, and track key metrics to continuously refine procurement efficiency and measure the success of change initiatives.

* Develop and execute internal communication plans that align with procurement goals and maintain consistent messaging across the organization.

* Create engaging multimedia content (announcements, micro-learning, presentations) and optimize the procurement knowledge base with structured architecture for intuitive self-service.

* Direct change communications for procurement transformations (e.g., new Source-to-Pay tools), ensuring organizational readiness and transparency.

* Develop comprehensive training programs, toolkits, and documentation tailored for both internal stakeholders and external suppliers to maximize adoption.

**What You'll Bring:**

**Required Qualifications:**

* Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, or a related field.

* 8 to 10 years of experience in internal communications, change enablement, or program management.

* Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics and develop multimedia training assets.

* Rigorous project-management skills with experience driving organizational change and technology rollouts.

* Hands-on experience building and organizing content across internal platforms, specifically internal wikis, company intranets, and common office productivity suites.

* Highly collaborative with a proven ability to build trust, partner with senior leaders, and drive cross-functional alignment in a fast-paced environment.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* Previous experience within Supply Chain or Procurement organizations.

* Familiarity with change-management frameworks.
