AI Prompt Artist - Ecommerce & Visualization

We are looking for an AI Prompt Artist who will play a critical role in scaling digital content production across e-commerce platforms by leveraging generative AI to create high-fidelity, photorealistic imagery and 3D-driven visuals. This role translates merchandising and creative direction into precise prompt strategies that generate consistent, brand-aligned assets across large product assortments. Working at the intersection of creative, technology, and production, the AI Prompt Artist enables rapid visualization of every product configuration, finish, and environment-reducing reliance on traditional photography while elevating quality and speed to market. This is an onsite role in Corte Madera, CA.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate product assortments, materials, and merchandising briefs into structured prompts for image, 3D, and multimodal AI systems.
• Generate photorealistic product imagery, lifestyle scenes, and catalog-ready visuals using AI tools.
• Develop prompt systems that ensure consistency across product categories, lighting conditions, camera angles, and environments.
• Partner with 3D, rendering, and retouching teams to align AI outputs with physically accurate materials, scale, and proportions.
• Rapidly iterate prompts to achieve luxury-level realism, with a focus on lighting, texture, composition, and spatial accuracy.
• Build and maintain prompt libraries for repeatable use across SKUs, collections, and seasonal launches.
• Support visualization of full product permutations (size, finish, fabric, configuration) at scale.
• Collaborate with ecommerce, merchandising, and creative teams to ensure outputs meet brand and conversion standards.
• Evaluate, curate, and refine AI-generated assets for web, mobile, and marketing channels.
• Continuously test emerging AI tools and workflows to improve quality, speed, and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience working with generative AI tools for image creation (e.g., Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, DALL*E, Runway).
• Strong understanding of product visualization, especially in furniture, home goods, or retail environments.
• High level of visual taste with sensitivity to luxury aesthetics, lighting, and composition.
• Familiarity with 3D workflows (CAD, rendering, materials, or digital asset pipelines).
• Ability to interpret and execute against creative direction with precision and consistency.
• Experience working with large-scale product assortments or catalog production workflows.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage high-volume output.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in 3D visualization, interior design, photography, or art direction.
• Experience with physically based rendering (PBR) principles and material accuracy.
• Familiarity with tools like Blender, Unreal Engine, or similar visualization platforms.
• Basic scripting or automation knowledge to scale prompt workflows.
• Experience working within brand systems or style guides for premium/luxury retail Success Metrics.
• Photorealism and brand alignment of AI-generated imagery.
• Ability to scale output across full product assortments and configurations.
• Reduction in reliance on traditional photography workflows.
• Speed to market for new product launches and updates.
• Consistency across PDP (product detail page) imagery and catalog experiences.
