Your insights will directly inform day-to-day decisions and long-term strategy, connecting organic performance, brand reputation, and emerging search behaviors to ensure continued success in an evolving digital landscape, especially with the rise of next-generation discovery channels. You will be a trusted advisor and thought partner, empowering the team to make data-backed decisions that enhance online presence and user engagement.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Lead and own organic search analytics measurement across various digital properties.

* Develop, refine, and quality-assure dashboards that link rankings, visibility, and traffic using analytics platforms and search console tools.

* Identify performance shifts, provide actionable recommendations, and drive continuous improvement and growth for the organic search channel.

* Collaborate cross-functionally to establish and maintain a robust organic search valuation model, connecting organic wins to tangible business value and informing prioritization within the improvement backlog.

* Manage ongoing reporting requirements, including regular operating reports and pre-funnel website traffic analysis for organic channels.

* Utilize advanced analytics platforms to uncover on-site behavior trends, enabling data-backed recommendations for organic search and content strategy in partnership with user experience teams.

* Work closely with web analytics teams to ensure accurate organic search tagging, tracking, and data integrity across all measurement platforms.

* Conduct thorough competitor and performance trend analyses, translating key insights into clear data visualizations to guide marketing decisions.

* Integrate organic search into the broader marketing strategy by partnering with paid media, media economics, and web analytics teams, aligning goals, sharing insights, and informing cross-channel planning.

* Contribute to AI-readiness initiatives, analyzing the impact of GenAI search and social signals on visibility, sentiment, conversions, and overall brand reputation.

* Perform competitive and market analyses to monitor share of voice, identify emerging search engine results page (SERP) features, and evaluate shifts in consumer search behavior.

* Explore and integrate additional data sources to enhance competitiveness and technical performance reporting.

* Conduct deep-dive analyses to advance understanding of organic search performance within traditional and GenAI search, supporting the team in designing experiments and measuring results.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* 5 - 7+ years of experience in organic search analytics, organic growth, or digital marketing analytics, preferably in a complex, enterprise environment.

* Strong experience with Adobe Analytics or Adobe Experience Cloud.

* Solid analytics background with a passion for uncovering insights through data.

* Comprehensive knowledge of SEO principles, ranking signals, and search algorithms.

* Proficiency with web analytics and SEO tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console, along with other similar platforms.

* Highly motivated, detail-oriented, curious, and possessing strong technical analytical skills.

* A self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and drive initiatives.

* Exceptional communication and presentation skills, particularly with PowerPoint, capable of translating complex data into clear, strategic narratives.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* Experience with Power BI, SQL, or Python for extracting, transforming, and analyzing complex datasets.

* Experience in website-driven sales environments.

* Background in a data-intensive vertical such as financial services, e-commerce, or SaaS.

* Passion for testing and AI-driven innovation in the search landscape.
