Shift: 7 am - 4 pm or 8 am - 5 pm, Mon-Fri

Become our next Accounts Payable Specialist in Franklin and help manage invoices, receipts, and payment tracking. If balancing worksheets, clearing queues, and staying ahead of the numbers feels good, this role is built for you.

Requirements for a Great Fit

• Associate's degree or higher in Business, Accounting, or Finance.
• 5 years of AP experience.FreightForwarding/Transportation industry experience is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Experience with vendor dispute resolution.
• Excellent ability to interact professionally and effectively with senior management, internal, and external customers
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while paying attention to detail.
• Ability to gather and interpret data, compile information, and prepare reports.
• Systems experience:ERP systems experience preferred, D365 a plus.Proficiency in Excel and Word required.

• Process and post daily transactions into internal systems
• Review documents for accuracy before filing
• Match statements, receipts, and invoices
• Assist with basic reporting and office support tasks
• Provides excellent customer service to customers
