Description Project Lead, SUE - Richardson, TX! Halff has a current opening for a SUE Project Lead in our Richardson, TX location. What you will do: Responsible for managing and overseeing Subsurface Utility Engineering projects. Coordinate project deliverables, manage project budgets and schedule, and identify resolution of issues. Manage quality assurance to ensure projects meet or exceed client expectations, Halff requirements, and comply with recognized standards and codes of practice. Manage and work collaboratively with multiple teams and clients. Supervise technical staff and manage clients. Provide training/mentorship of technical staff. What you will need: Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or ABET accredited equivalent Engineering degree. Professional Engineer (PE) License in Texas or actively working to obtain PE in Texas. Experience in Subsurface Utility Engineering is required. Previous experience in coordinating project deliverables, managing project budgets and schedule, and identifying resolution of issues. Possess a meticulous attention to detail and strong ability to promote accuracy. Ability and willingness to follow instructions that may be written, delivered verbally, or conveyed from various methods of communication. Knowledge of MicroStation ORD and/or AutoCAD Civil 3D. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
