1st Shift: Monday - Friday 7 AM - 3:30 PM

What We're Looking For:

• 0-1 year of experience in manufacturing or assembly preferred
• Strong hand dexterity and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Work Environment & Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of sitting and repetitive assembly work
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds as needed
• Requires visual focus and attention for product inspection
• Some areas may not be climate-controlled (heat, dust, etc.)
• Light movement throughout the facility as needed

Your Job, Straight Up:

• Assemble and test electromechanical components using hand tools and equipment
• Follow detailed specifications, processes, and procedures
• Perform quality control checks to ensure product accuracy
• Troubleshoot issues and perform repairs or rework as needed
• Escalate production or assembly issues to the supervisor
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and tools
• Support team production goals and complete additional tasks as assigned
