The Sales Operations Analyst, Senior will play a critical role in optimizing the efficiency and effectiveness of our NA strategic solutions sales organization. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive revenue growth, streamline processes, and enhance overall sales performance. This position requires a combination of strategic thinking, analytical skills, and strong leadership capabilities to drive results and ensure alignment between sales, marketing, finance, and other cross-functional teams.

Day in The Life Typically Includes:

  • Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with sales leadership to develop and implement sales strategies aligned with business objectives, market trends, and customer needs.
  • Lead the needs assessment, continuous improvement, and implementation of the Managerial Cadence for the business unit.
  • Sales Tools, Processes & Systems: Define requirements, evaluate and recommend improvements to processes, methodologies, tooling, and workflows to enhance efficiency, productivity, and scalability across the sales organization. Drive adoption of sales technology for the business unit. Develop management dashboards and reports that are actionable and automated.
  • Sales Performance Management: Measure sales performance against defined KPIs and track progress against goals to identify areas for improvement. Provide regular performance insights and recommendations to sales leadership.
  • Pipeline and Demand Generation: Provide regular analysis & feedback to Sales Leadership on Pipeline Health and Sufficiency. Ensure that a rigorous cadence of pipeline management is implemented at all levels within the business unit.
  • Sales Forecasting and Planning: Lead the sales forecasting and planning process for the business unit, working closely with Finance, Operations and Sales Leadership to develop accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
  • Sales Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics and reporting to gain insights into sales performance, market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape, and leverage findings to make informed recommendations to sales leadership.

Basic qualifications:

  • Track record of success in sales operations, ideally in having worked with SaaS / cloud products
  • Strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategies.
  • Understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving revenue growth and achieving business objectives.
  • Determine and drive strategy and build tactical plans that deliver tangible results.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience implementing and optimizing sales technology solutions (e.g., CRM, sales analytics tools).
