Description

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Laborer to support daily operations at our precast concrete manufacturing facility and retail yard. This position plays a key role in producing, handling, and delivering high-quality precast concrete products while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Major Job Responsibilities will include:



  • Assist in the production of precast concrete products, including forms, pouring, finishing, stripping, and curing
  • Load, unload, and move concrete products and materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, or manual handling
  • Support retail yard operations, including customer assistance, product staging, and order fulfillment
  • Perform general labor duties such as cleaning molds, maintaining forms, and keeping the yard and plant orderly
  • Assist with inventory organization and material handling
  • Follow all safety procedures and company policies
  • Work collaboratively with plant operators, drivers, and supervisors to meet daily production and customer needs



Qualifications & Skills



  • Previous construction, concrete, or manufacturing experience preferred, but not required
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and perform physically demanding work throughout the day
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
  • Forklift experience a plus (training available)
  • Dependable, punctual, and safety-minded
  • Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team


Work Schedule



  • Monday - Friday, with occasional overtime as needed
  • Day shift
