Position Summary:
Primarily responsible for gross to net (GTN) forecasting for the US business, ensuring internal and external customer alignment, as well as managing the rebates, fees and chargeback administration process ensuring timely and accurate adjudication of payments in compliance with contract terms and overall fiscal discipline. The position's responsibilities also include supporting analytics and projects within the Finance and Commercial teams, as well as significant collaborate with other departments and contribute towards maintaining an effective gross-to-net program with the company.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Partner with Value & Access to partner on: 1) understanding Cosette Pharma customer and payer base, 2) Cosette Pharma pricing and contracting strategies, and 3) ensure timely and accurate execution of strategies
* Ensure the accuracy of Federal Prices (ASP, AMP, NonFAMP, PHS340B) and review analytics to project the impact commercial discount strategies will have on these prices.
* Partner with cross functional teams in the response to State Medicaid Agencies' RFPs. Key role will be providing pricing analyses that will support making informed decisions.
* Comply with Department of Veterans Affairs requirements to update Federal Supply Schedule contract documents.
* Contribute to development of and monitor compliance to Cosette Pharma Contract Policies and Procedures manuals.
* Keep abreast of information which could have an impact on forecast drivers, i.e., contracted volume trends, contracted pricing trends, changes in purchasing patterns.
* Lead and serve as subject matter expert (SME) for the overall GTN process, focusing on customer returns, rebates and chargebacks processes, systems, and data within the organization.
* Analyze, explain and meaningfully summarize GTN forecast vs. actual variances for management reporting
* Monitor the overall Rebates schedule and ensure payments are made in a timely manner as stipulated in Contracts. Review and validate Rebate invoices, analyze anomalies, and adjudicate rebate payments and credits in accordance with contract terms
* Partner with revenue accounting, commercial, marketing to analyze and influence commercial contract proposals that may have revenue recognition implications
* Oversee the Chargebacks administration process to ensure chargebacks are reviewed and processes in a timely manner in accordance with policies and procedures.
* Communicate with customers and support their inquiries, investigate claims, and resolve discrepancies and ensure good customer relations. Maintain notes on discrepancies and follow through for resolution.
* Support commercial team to address customer inquiries. Support internal teams like AR and AP to address questions relating to customer rebates and Medicaid claim payments.
* Assist senior management with analytics, maintaining policies and procedures, leading system/process improvement projects. Support new contracting strategies and organizational changes. Identify and communicate potential issues and present ideas.
* Mentor team members and provide training and guidance to help effective performance.
* Anticipate Senior Management needs and provide appropriate tools needed to effectively make significant strategic and financial decisions in support of corporate business objectives.
* Assess market conditions, opportunities, and company resources to identify priorities and objectives to limit leakage in the revenue recognition process with our wholesalers
Qualification Requirements:
* BS Accounting, Business or Finance
* Prior GTN or Commercial Accounting / Finance experience in pharmaceutical industry
* FP&A experience involving financial processes, including month end close is preferred
* Financial / Accounting leader with a minimum of 10 years relevant work; 5+ years' experience in Branded and/or Generics pharmaceutical company performing similar role
* Knowledge of US Federal Pricing Programs and regulations - Medicaid, Federal Supply Schedule and PHS340B
* Contract management experience with solid understanding of contract structures and terms
* Experience with revenue management software - Model N, Vitex, or iContracts
* Demonstrated leadership and management experience with the ability to successfully interact with upper level management as well as cross functional director and manager level colleagues
* Forecast commercial pricing impact on Government Pricing (ASP, AMP, 340B, NonFAMP)
* Perform audits (340B eligibility, rebate payments, Government Price reporting), as well as oversee monitoring efforts in key performance indicators (KPIs)
* Strong spreadsheet and PowerPoint/presentation skills required.
* Oracle, SAP, or certain contract management system experience
* Proficient in Microsoft Word: Excel, PPT, Excel
* Experience managing a staff of individual contributors.

Salary Range
The expected base salary for this Bridgewater, NJ based position is $205,000 - $270,000. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus if you are an active employee on the payment date.

Physical requirements
This role will follow a hybrid work schedule, requiring three (3) onsite days per week at our Bridgewater, NJ office.
