Overview
The Program Manager (PM) shall provide overall management, direction, administration, documentation, quality assurance, and leadership.The PM is responsible for ensuring contractual, technical, schedule, and quality objectives are met and serves as the authorized primary point of contact with the Government.

Qualifications
Required:
- Secret Clearance.
- PMP Certification.
- Minimal 10 years of experience as Program Manager and 7 years supporting DoD or Federal acquisition programs
- Proven experience managing complex programs or task orders in a DoD or federal contracting environment
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to interface effectively with Government CORs and senior stakeholders
- Experience developing and managing program schedules, staffing plans, and performance metrics
- Ability to ensure compliance with DoD policies, acquisition guidance, and CIO regulations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executivelevel briefing experience
- Experience including leadership of BCAT I / ACAT I-II or equivalent enterprise programs for at least 4 years.
Desired:
- Experience supporting USTRANSCOM and working on at USTC.
- Experience supporting DoD.
