What You'll Do: Design and analyze mechanical systems, equipment, and packaging solutions Conduct feasibility studies and testing for new and modified designs Lead prototype development and oversee design testing processes Collaborate with drafting teams to deliver accurate packaging documentation Guide support personnel in design execution and validation activities Job Requirements Required Skills / Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in mechanical design, system analysis, or product development 2+ years of experience with Statistical Process Control (SPC) and/or Design of Experiments (DOE) 2+ years of experience working in laboratory environments, including surface preparation or analytical techniques Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field Preferred Skills / Qualifications: Experience working in chemical laboratory environments Strong multitasking and organizational skills in fast-paced settings Proven ability to collaborate across matrixed teams and diverse stakeholders Effective problem-solving skills and adaptability to shifting priorities Aleron companies (Acara Solutions, Aleron Shared Resources, Broadleaf Results, Lume Strategies, TalentRise, Viaduct) are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
