Acara Solutions is seeking highly qualified candidates to work onsite with our client in Londonderry, NH . Interested?
Here's what you'd do:
  • The Manufacturing Technician assembles, aligns, and tests systems, components, and subassemblies following specified work instructions and procedures to ensure the finished product meets established operational and cosmetic requirements.
  • Perform basic computer activities with the programs provided
  • Identify, utilize, and perform preventive maintenance on tools and test equipment.
  • Demonstrate comprehension of engineering prints and schematics.
  • Report deviations from standard to the appropriate resource for review, instruction, and authorization, and obtain quality inspection when appropriate.
  • Support Lean manufacturing efforts through continuous process improvement
  • Maintain work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition, and follow prescribed safety procedures
  • Perform job duties in a manner that complies with environmental, health, and safety regulations, policies, and procedures
  • Will work with a microscope.
  • Consistently at work and on time.

Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working with electronic, optical, or mechanical assemblies
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • LabVIEW program experience
  • Computer literate.
  • Demonstrated proficiency at operating 25%-50% of work stations as documented by training records
  • Working knowledge of electronic, optical, and mechanical assemblies
  • Apply considerable English language skills to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
  • Apply considerable math skills to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
  • Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent.
  • Ability to navigate a computer's different software.
  • Cultivate a culture that assures effective cross-functional teamwork
  • Demonstrate ethical and professional behavior in accordance with company values.
  • Be technically inclined and have good attention to detail.
