Schedule: Monday-Friday, 1 st Shift (7:00am - 3:30pm)

The ideal candidate will be proven leader in the aviation industry with experience in aircraft manufacturing engineering.
Supervisor of Manufacturing Engineering Supervises and manages the Manufacturing Engineering department. Responsible for providing technical leadership and support to the assembly team in the assembly, testing, painting, and delivery of Embraer Executive Jets.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead engineering planning and scheduling efforts, ensuring projects stay on track and performance aligns with timelines and cost expectations
  • Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes, tooling, and fixtures to improve quality, reduce costs, and support a zero-defect environment
  • Partner closely with production, quality, and engineering teams to troubleshoot technical issues, implement product changes, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Establish and maintain compliant assembly and testing procedures while ensuring adherence to regulatory, safety, and organizational standards
  • Oversee cross-functional projects, vendor coordination, and team development, including training initiatives and customer engagement to support successful program execution

Job Requirements
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Science Engineering degree
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering in aircraft production
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory role
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in manufacturing related engineering
  • Technical understanding and application knowledge of aircraft manufacturing, assembly, tooling and tools.
  • Knowledge of aircraft and product configuration management.
  • Customer service skills
  • Experience in Aircraft assembly process
  • Experience in utilization of Lean Concepts.
  • Proficiency on use of MES, CATIA, SAP and Primavera Scheduling systems
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Work in a safe professional manner adhering to Company Standards and all regulatory requirements including, OSHA, EPA, State and Federal regulations.
