  • Support Total Process Reliability (TPR) initiatives focused on equipment reliability and uptime.
Decision-Making Authority
  • Determine maintenance priorities and scheduling strategies for heavy equipment fleets.
  • Recommend contractor use, overtime, and outsourcing for equipment repairs.
  • Identify recurring equipment failures and initiate Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) when appropriate.
  • Collaborate with Equipment Management to address performance gaps and reliability issues.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication skills with mechanics, supervisors, vendors, and contractors.
  • Ability to lead through influence and work cross-functionally with operations and maintenance teams.
  • Willingness to embrace continuous improvement and process standardization.
Note: Experience limited to building maintenance, facilities management, or property maintenance (HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems in buildings) does not meet the requirements for this role.
Physical & Work Environment
