Sr Svc Agent/Non-DOT

Job Duties
Provides accurate information and assistance to customers, which includes responding to inquiries, problem-resolution and selling of company services. Performs administrative support functions necessary for efficient station operations. Performs other duties as assigned.

This position is M-S 5-day work week both AM, PM and weekends required. You will be required to work both in Appleton and Green Bay. This position covers for PTO at both locations.

Minimum Education

High School Diploma/G.E.D.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Ability to operate computer terminal. Ability to lift 50 Lbs. Ability to maneuver packages of any weight above 50 lbs. With appropriate equipment, and/or assistance from another person. Good human relations and communications skills.

Pay: $21.24 per hour

Additional Details: M-S 8 hour shift 5 days per week, Will cover PTO for Sr Service Agents both in Appleton as well as Green Bay. AM/PM and weekends availability needed
