POSITION SUMMARY

PCI Pharma Services seeks a strategic executive leader to drive organizational growth and competitive advantage through integrated communications and talent strategies. This newly created role will serve as a key business partner to the executive team, leveraging human capital approaches to accelerate PCI's transformation from a multi-billion-dollar CDMO into a multinational powerhouse and industry leader. The Executive Director will integrate traditionally siloed HR and communications functions to create integrated strategies that strengthen employer brand, attract world-class talent, and position PCI as the employer of choice in the pharmaceutical services industry. This integration serves one goal: to strengthen our business outputs and ensure trust in the customers and patients we serve.

Reports to Chief Human Resources Officer.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Talent Brand and Employee Value Proposition
  • Develop talent brand strategy positioning PCI as employer of choice in global pharmaceutical CDMO category
  • Design and implement authentic EVP and culture brand initiatives that differentiate PCI and drive customer choice
Talent Planning
  • Lead strategic workforce planning aligned with growth objectives across a global footprint and 7,500+ employees
  • Develop people strategies supporting business expansion and emerging talent needs
Business Partnering
  • Serve as trusted advisor to all executives on talent strategy, organizational capabilities, and people solutions
  • Lead integrated talent strategies including acquisition and development for assigned functions
Talent Management and Leadership Development
  • Design competency frameworks and performance management approaches that drive business margin growth, operational excellence, and employee satisfaction
  • Implement talent strategies proven to strengthen bottom-line performance through enhanced productivity, retention, and capability development
  • Create leadership development programs preparing leaders for increased scope and complexity
Integrated Talent Experience and Culture
  • Design integrated talent experiences across the complete employee lifecycle from acquisition through alumni
  • Shape culture initiatives that enhance engagement, drive retention, and create distinctive executive experiences with an eye toward a one PCI mindset and local flexibility
Internal Communications
  • Lead enterprise-wide internal communications across business functions, regions, and organizational levels
  • Drive employee engagement through strategic communications connecting employees to mission and business priorities
Insights and Organizational Design
  • Integrate HR storytelling with data-driven insights to elevate human capital results for executive and board audiences
  • Lead organizational design initiatives and workplace strategies optimizing structure and enabling growth
  • Translate workforce analytics into strategic business insights that inform decision-making and demonstrate HR's impact on business performance
QUALIFICATIONS Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or Communications preferred
  • Minimum 12-15 years of progressive HR leadership experience with demonstrated expertise in talent strategy, organizational development, and communications
  • Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, life sciences, or regulated industries strongly preferred
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing talent brand strategies in complex, global organizations
