We are seeking a CRTC Operations Specialist (contractor) to support and develop the Executive Protection (EP), Cyber Risk, and Technical Countermeasures (CRTC) team's security programs and
operational capabilities. This is a hybrid role that blends field/operational support (travel, readiness, incident response) with program and operations execution (workflows, metrics, vendor coordination,
and leadership briefings). The ideal candidate builds trust quickly with stakeholders and can translate ambiguous risk and
operational needs into scalable programs, workflows, and measurable outcomes.

The successful candidate will:

* Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, partner teams, and industry peers
* Apply creative problem-solving to complex operational and risk challenges
* Communicate the business value of security programs and risk management strategies
* Learn quickly and synthesize large amounts of new information into actionable outputs

Responsibilities:

Program, Risk, and Workflow Execution
* Identify and assess emerging security risks relevant to executive protection and sensitive
operations; document impact, likelihood, and mitigations
* Deliver tactical outputs and strategic projects that reduce risk (e.g., playbooks, SOPs, checklists,
escalation paths, intake/triage workflows)
* Support and develop policies, procedures, and improved operational workflows across EP/CRTC
* Work with stakeholders to identify, scope, and prioritize new and existing initiatives within the
portfolio
Communications, Stakeholders, and Enablement
* Develop robust relationships with client stakeholders, partner security teams, and trusted
external peers
* Brief leadership on emerging risks, operational gaps, and recommended strategies in clear,
decision-oriented formats
* Leverage tools, technologies, and AI platforms to improve efficiency (automation, reporting,
knowledge management, and documentation quality)
* Support training, exercises, and readiness programs; help track completion and maintain
operational standards

Operational & Field Support:
* Support EP/CRTC operational activities, including travel support, readiness, and time-sensitive
tasking
* Respond quickly and creatively to security incidents, escalations, or crisis response, coordinating
stakeholders and driving follow-through
* Support technical countermeasure operations as needed (e.g., equipment readiness,
deployment coordination, documentation, and continuous improvement)

* Participate in on-call/weekend coverage as required. Approximately 35% of work may occur after
hours, based on operational needs, travel, or incident response
* Regular travel is required
Vendor Management
* Manage, oversee, and provide feedback on vendors, including performance tracking and
capability assessments
* Support planning for vendor coverage, tooling needs, and service improvements

Qualifications (Required):
* Relevant educational background and/or equivalent professional experience
* 3-5 years experience supporting security programs and leading projects (planning, execution,
stakeholder alignment, delivery)
* Demonstrated experience in at least one of the following domains: Technical
Countermeasures/TSCM, information/cyber security operations, executive protection
operations, or closely related security operations work
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, including comfort presenting and fielding
strategic questions in real time
* Strong organizational skills: prioritization, attention to detail, follow-through, and ability to
manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
* Working knowledge of operational workflows and how to communicate business value,
tradeoffs, and resourcing needs

Qualifications (Preferred):
* Experience building or improving risk methodologies (intake, triage, escalation, tracking,
governance)
* Experience developing metrics/KPIs and recurring operational reporting
* Vendor management experience (SOWs, performance reviews, renewal/coverage planning)
* Experience producing incident after-action reports, case studies, and operational advisories
