Your Role on the Team The Assistant Case Coordinator -Health/Community Network is responsible for maintaining strict confidentiality with case information, primarily responsible for the update and maintenance of the office case management system, which tracks all complaints of discrimination, sexual harassment, and sex offenses reported to the Office of Equal Opportunity and Diversity. Enters new complaints into the case management system, records the status of open cases and finalizes data for closed cases. Prepares statistical reports on discrimination, sexual harassment, and sex offenses. Develops, implements, and provides support for outreach and education initiatives related to discrimination, sexual harassment, sex offenses, and diversity. Performs backup administrative support to other functions of the Office of Equal Opportunity and Diversity, including front-desk support during regular business hours, and other projects as assigned. Uses ethics and compliance concepts. Applies campus policies and procedures to evaluate a variety of ethics and/or compliance issues. Responsible for conducting and documenting moderately complex assignments where analysis of situations and data requires the review and interpretation of a variety of factors.
