Ecolab Institutional Marketing in NA is seeking a Marketing Manager - Laundry Portfolio to lead portfolio strategy, innovation, and commercialization for our laundry program. This role is responsible for driving profitable growth through innovation leadership, portfolio management, strong cross-functional collaboration and commercial focus. As the primary marketing subject matter expert for the laundry portfolio, you will translate customer needs, market insights, and operational realities into compelling portfolio strategies and growth initiatives. This is a highly collaborative, high impact role requiring close partnership across Marketing, RD&E, Sales, Field teams, Finance, Supply Chain, Training, and other key stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Innovation & Commercialization Leadership
    • Lead multiple crossfunctional innovation programs to deliver differentiated laundry solutions from concept through launch and sustained adoption
    • Translate voice-of-customer, voiceofbusiness insights, and market trends into actionable innovation opportunities
    • Lead mega-innovation key sub-workstreams and critical growth programs
    • Functional lead for Phasegate projects and ability to bring a commercial/"outside-in" lens to new product development. Marketing ownership of Phasegate projects through Launch gate
  • Portfolio Strategy & Management
    • Develop & refine the overall laundry portfolio strategy, including roadmap development
    • Lead portfolio optimization initiatives in partnership with Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, and Sales
    • Continuously refine portfolio strategies based on voice-of-customer, performance metrics, and competitive dynamics
    • Lead the day-to-day portfolio management for the Laundry portfolio, including inventory management, forecasting, monthly performance reporting, and sales support
  • Sales and Field Partnership & Enablement
    • Deliver effective sales enablement tools, including value stories, competitive insights, training materials, and playbooks
    • Partner with Sales and Field to ensure readiness, adoption, and execution of portfolio initiatives
    • Act as a trusted marketing advisor to sales teams, helping connect portfolio strategy to customer outcomes

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree and 6 years of professional experience with focus in Marketing or MBA in Marketing with 4+ years of experience
  • 4 years of product marketing and innovation experience
  • Immigration sponsorship is not available for this position

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in developing new product launch strategies, including pricing, marketing communications and value proposition development
  • Business-to-business marketing experience
  • Ability to relate to influential people and complex organizational structures strong interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
  • Demonstrated initiative and leadership skills setting vision and strategy, planning, critical thinking, orchestrating cross-functionally, overseeing multiple project elements and proven track record of results
  • Effective oral and written communication skills, organizational skills, good attention to detail and use of sound judgement in a fast-paced environment are essential

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range

The base salary range for this position is $120,500.00 - $180,700.00. This position is eligible for annual bonus pay based on performance, per plan terms. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
