Ecolab is seeking a Digital Support Specialist to work as a liaison between customers and technical teams to identify issues and make sure they are resolved in a timely manner.

What You Will Do:

  • Assists in formulating and defining project scope and objectives through research and fact-finding combined with an understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements.
  • Responsible for understanding the technology, business processes and opportunities in the context of the technical and business requirements.
  • Works on solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals.
  • Partners with stakeholders in order to elicit, analyze, communicate, document and validate requirements for changes to business processes.
  • Revises existing system difficulties as necessary.
  • Ensures testing requirements are met.
  • Documents business requirements.
  • May specialize in: SAP/ERP, Functional, Global Business Office, Tools, Disaster Recovery, Metrics Communication, and Methodology.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, communications, IT or similar
  • 2 years of experience in IT
  • 2 years' experience working in customer service or help desk
  • No immigration sponsorship is available for this role at this time

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Intermediate to Advanced skills in MS Office
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Self-motivated and process oriented

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range

The pay range for this position is $57,800.00 - $86,800.00. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
